What was proven
- Debian 13, ASL3, and Asterisk operational
- Node 592710 registered and linking correctly
- SimpleUSB active with its pinned USB path
- AllScan, Allmon3, and Supermon 8+ installed
- Complete microSD build and guided installer verified
The compatibility investigation became a finished node and a repeatable guided installer. This A7S had no eMMC storage module, so microSD is the verified reference configuration.
The verified storage decision
The model A7S used for this project did not include an eMMC storage module. Returning to microSD produced the completed, tested, and documented reference build.
Project overview
A certified-complete Radxa Cubie A7S build with Debian 13, ASL3, AllScan, Allmon3, Supermon 8+, and a guided installer—all verified from microSD storage.
The USB communications interface supports simultaneous transmit and receive operation, making this a true full-duplex AllStarLink node—not merely a conventional simplex hotspot.
